Aliguma Foundation hands over scholastic materials, fees to children prior to new school term

One of the key objectives for The Aliguma Foundation is empowerment and preaching self-sustainability.

The education program is one long-term project of self-empowerment as the children affiliated to the foundation are supported to learn skills, socialize and most importantly acquire knowledge.

With term three of the academic year fast approaching, The Aliguma Foundation has offered different scholastic materials and fees to the children in Acholi Quarters.

These scholastic materials included books pens pencils rubbers and sharpeners, among others.

The books were bought from the Aliguma Foundation women empowerment project who received capital to initiate such a worthwhile project.

The school fees dues were received by the parents and guardians of the beneficiaries who amount to over 200 children.
