A birthday celebration that started with family and friends in Garuga travelled hundreds of kilometres to bring hope and smiles to mothers and children in Masindi.

As Ritah Aliguma celebrated 40 years of life, she chose a different kind of gift — giving back.
Through the Aliguma Foundation, Ritah joined hands with family, friends and volunteers to support 40 mothers and 40 children at the Serina Ward of Masindi Hospital with mama kits and essential household items.
The visit carried a deeper meaning as it honoured the memory of her grandmother, Serina Bikundi, and her late mother, Sunny Nsungwa Magezi, whose years of service at Masindi Hospital continue to inspire the Foundation’s mission.
Every photograph tells a story - of compassion, gratitude, smiles and a reminder that the greatest celebrations are those shared with others.
Welcome to a special collection of moments from Ritah Aliguma’s 40th birthday gift of love.
